Independently Owned- Texas Overhead Door
In the past few months our office staff has received phone calls from people that have been taken advantage of by unscrupulous garage door companies. These companies will do whatever it takes to repair or install a residential garage door. After inspecting your garage door they give a price; when you say no or you want to wait and think about it, they begin to ask (anything from): “Can you give me gas money?” to “Well how about a lower priced service?”. RED FLAG!!
It’s a shame and a disgrace to conduct business like this. Texas Overhead Door is independently owned. We are not a franchise nor do we conduct business under any other name. Integrity and honesty are the hallmarks of our long standing business. We strive to uphold our commitment of honesty when it comes to our customers garage door needs.
Good business practices
Texas Overhead Door has been in business since 1986. We value each and every customer we serve. We provide free estimates within our service area, and if you choose not to go with us, we will not pressure you. Ever. The elderly seem to be at the highest risk. Please help us to inform them of such deceitful business practices.
