Scope of Work Includes:
Four Visits per Year
1. Inspect equipment for damaged, missing, or worn parts.
- Lube all moving parts
- Adjust as needed
- Replace any damaged, missing or worn hardware

We’re here to make your job easier. As such, our Overhead Door Preventative Maintenance Program ensures that:
- No parts will be replaced without approval first.
- All equipment will be numbered.
- All equipment will be logged by Type, Brand, Size, Model.
- You will receive a Checklist after each visit showing what repairs, if any, were made and overall condition of equipment.
- All major repairs will be quoted.
- 24 hour Emergency Service.
- 10% Discount on all parts, Labor, and Replacement Equipment.
